WHO WE ARE
WHO WE ARE
CogniDrive is serious about bringing back the "Professional" driver to the commercial industry. We offer a custom tailored service to your company and employees.
First, CogniDrive will need to have an understanding of your company driving/operating policies and areas of concern. This is done through a discussion with the Fleet/Safety officer or management. Learning of the items that “make you tick” is as important to the success of our personal engagement with you and your employees, as to what your desired outcome is to help improve overall performance and mitigate liability.
Second, CogniDrive is not about teaching the “what” or “how” in driver training, but rather the “WHY”. This is the key focal point (root) of driver attitude. Too often the WHY is only taught through a negative experience (ie; collision, traffic violation, driver complaint, etc). We strive to have a positive interactive discussion about the key values of being an operator in your company, and overall make a change to the functional attitude of your employees.
