CogniDrive will teach operators self awareness, your company insights, and some driving strategies through an on-site interactive presentation and discussion. Your drivers will gain an advanced understanding of their relationship with your company, peers, and other drivers on the road, as well as learn safe operational strategies within the driving environment. This discussion will help develop a functional and appropriate driver attitude.
Your employees understanding may be tested by way of an exam*. Successful participants may be provided a certificate of completion, or the business may receive a course participation certificate upon request.

One-on-One Intervention
One-on-One Intervention
Once your drivers have the fundamental understandings from the group presentation, CogniDrive can offer a confidential interview of discovery regarding driver performance concerns with an individual if needed. We will develop an understanding of the root cause of the operator concerns, as this is beneficial to help them as both a person and your employee. We will assist them in overcoming those activities and mindsets which are causational to undesirable behaviors with negative outcomes. Through this development of understanding, we will be able to speak to strategies with the operator to mitigate risks and improve performance.
CogniDrive provides a documented monitoring process of the one-on-one interventions which can be used as step-one of a progressive disciplinary action.
